RE: History is the key!You make an interesting point. My worry would be the share consolidation. Look at it this way. All the people who bought at
.15,
.20, etc., there shares are now valued at
.60 or
.80. Well PTA, FEO, and there other listings usually do their private placements at
.40,
.50 or
.75. Well this isn't the healthiest market right now. And you need to keep in mind that these guys own over 60 million shares at
.02 / share, or
.08 / share post consolidation. Everyone who bought on the open market well, they have to wait and pray that they list this thing above
.50. I think PCT, Prima Colombia is a good example, they listed it around
.30. So, they got in at
.08, so listing at
.30 is still a 3.5 bagger. But what about the retail investors who bought in over the last 9 months at
.15,
.20 or
.30, whose shares are valued at
.60,
.80 or $1.20... well they just lost money on this reverse takeover.
.
Not to mention, you don't know how long your shares are locked up. Some people bought this 9 months ago when Frank initially bought in (I saw the NR too), well there investment at
.25 is now worth
.05, and their new cost base is going to be $1.00 / share post consolidation, and I can't recall the last time Keep / Giustra listed at over $1.00.
.
Just some observations.
