RE: 100% woodthis is moronic and nothing more than a political play to get the plant in. once in and they don't have sustainable kill trees to keep it going they will want to use their dirty coal. lets see the plant design that shows ZERO outfall. never mind the permitting crap - Zero outfall! it is doable but will you do it?
