Wow, there were 50 or so environmentalists protesting at CEC's AGM June 20th throwing smoke bombs and leaflets and banging pots and pans.

You would think they would be more responsible to the environment and not litter, lol.

I doubt very much they rode to the AGM on horseback, or that they don't use telephones or cell phones, that they work out of wooden huts, or live in caves.

No, these environmentalists are supposedly against industrial progress, yet they're littering the streets, and most likely use all the modern age technology that require resources that they are themselves protesting the exploitation/exploration of.

Hypocrites most of them, IMO. Why not lobby for responsible mining, and not just against mining altogether? If the Raven Coal project is turned down an EA permit, then that's because CEC cannot mine within Environmental regulations,

But if CEC is given an EA permit, then what's wrong with starting another coal mine on Vancouver Island? JMO
