Yes it's true chrisale, you can always use coal to create steam for power plants, but thermal coal isn't suitable for producing steel.

 

88% of coal at Raven is semi-soft metallurgical coal suitable for steel production. 

 

What does that tell you chris?  It tells "you" specifically that they intend to use it 100% thermal, because they can, but in "REALITY" they can use 88% of their coal for steel production and the other 12 % for thermal energy needs.

 

Of course, you can read into it anyway you like chris.  The company only stated how it can be used, not how they 'will' use it.  atb
