bocaman, first off there was no "FORMAL" offer for T.CUM, otherwise that would have been material news, and shareholders would have been informed via news release.  The Financial Post can speculate all they want from whatever source that provided them with the rumour, but unless a Formal offer was made, which it wasn't, then it's just talk.

 

As for CEC's breakup value, correct bocaman, CEC is trading at cash value.  I guess it's time to sell?  lol

 

The sellers at
.09 and
.10 don't seem as motivated as I thought.  If they either needed the money, or were doubtful of fundamentals, IMO they wouldn't keep such large orders visible on the asks, rather they would get out for what they could get.

 

IMO, they are keeping a lid on things, but when news of sorts hits, I'll bet they disappear.
