The latest I have heard (from a letter by the Project Manager to a local newspaper) is that Raven expects to have their Application done and submit it to the BCEAO and CEAA somewhere around the end of October or early November. That would trigger the 6 month clock ticking on the application process being completed and the BCEAO/CEAA submitting its recommendations to the Ministers involved. In that 6 months we would expect at least 2 more public comment periods I believe and a bunch more information to come out about how the proponent actually plans to carry out the project.
