I don't see why 2guys would state something like that if it weren't true. chrisale.  As for blame being placed on Mr. Ellis, I'm not convinced he was there long enough, to have been able to prevent the accident. 

 

Did the Inquiry conclude that Mr. Ellis was to blame, or could have prevented the tragedy at Pike?  That is what you're implying isn't it?
