Trucks vs. Trains.....

Trucks vs. Trains.....

Let's just stop and reflect a moment how "our" world would be without the use of diesel, and/or combustion run machinery.  Such a thing could cause humanity to come to a halt, would it not?.

Why doesn't mokita calculate how many cars drive by his/her area, along with buses, trucks hauling fruits, vegetables, milk, and other food items, back and forth on a daily basis.

Or how about the diesel tractors that are used to irrigate soil, plant and harvest food?  What about all the gas powered lawnmowers, commercial landsaping equipment, diesel garbage trucks that come and pick up your waste.  You do have garbage besides the one you spew here don't you mokita?

So, did you pick up and call Steve Ellis who you believe is irresponsible with worker safety?  That is what you've implied isn't it?  C'mon, and call him.  If you don't, then you shouldn't really be trash talking someone with his reputable past, IMO.

As for the trucks.  Trucks will create much more good than than bad.  Trucks will create much needed work for truck drivers and mechanics and other non-direct jobs, than would trains.

Of course trains would make chrisale happy because it would eventually cut down on his 3 hour commute time.  What a hypocrite, IMO. atb
