Isn't that what the current studies are looking into?  Why the need for more independent studies?  When is enough, enough? 

 

I agree that if the study finds the mine will have a negative effect that it won't go ahead, but if the study finds the mine within reasonable industry standards or better, then are further studies warranted, and why?
