By that time crippling increases in production costs, financing charges, security bonds for cleaning up AMD, diesel fuel and transportation costs and competition from countries jumping on the coal bandwagon--Australia, Indonesia, Mongolia, the US, and 8 new coal mines in BC spell continuing surplus and low prices.
