RE: RE: Pulic Comments This Month?

RE: RE: Pulic Comments This Month?

The Application/EIS is " in the process of being submitted" to the Working Group and CEAA/BCEAO. As of yesterday the Application/EIS had not been "filed" with the CEAA/BCEEAO, so the 30 day screening timeline has not yet started. Once the Application is "filed" with the CEAA/BCEAO then the 30 day clock will begin for the screening process. If you do the math, a determination on whether or not the Application/EIS is "complete" by the CEAA/BCEAO won't come until early May. The comment by turbo221 that the date will be April 22nd is flat out wrong.
