options/ share rights

just reading the annual report

am i reading it correctly?

'so the options come with expiry dates,  June 30 2013 2,6000,000 share rights expire if the consturction milestone has not been achived.  and it is not looking like that,  for EIA approval or funding! uh oh,  id be sweating if i was them

for instance Gill Winkler has 650,000 options at 0.81$ and expires same tiome.  looks like the options are worthless at todays price
