1. K'omoks First Nations public comments expressing significant concerns about the Raven Coal Mine
2. Absolutely no evidence that a social license has been granted by the residents of Vancouver Island
3. Of the nearly 5,000 written comments submitted thus far, as part of the EA, over 95% are opposed or concerned about the Raven Mine.
4. The BC Shellfish Growers Association is publicly on record as opposed to the Raven Mine Project
