To All the Honest Politicians Out There...

To All the Honest Politicians Out There...

Seriously, lol.

We had an NDP government once here in Ontario run by then NDP Premier, now Liberal Bob Rae.

In the early ‘90s, Rae’s government’s legacy was massive deficits, labour strife, scandal, and social policy chaos.

IMO, it doesn't matter who gets elected. A politician will always be a politician.

The only time you believe them is when they're not in power but tryng to get elected. Once they're in power, it's a total different ball game.

Just look at history and see, that voters are too quick to forget.

This will be my only comment on politics. It's a game of opinion and short term trends that are only used to gain acceptance, but are rarely used as rules which should be followed.

I remember some guy who said he would scrap the GST. I'm sure many have forgotten that.

McGuiny just resigned as Ontario Premier following a Gas Plant scandal which will cost taxpayers $100's of millions for what? Absolutely nothing in return.

How's that for burning of taxpayer dollars? There are many examples of honest politics, but I don't have time to go through all of them, lol. JMO
