You should do some dd on Quinsam Coal sky50 before you post such comments.  By the sound of your posts you're either disgruntled or not a shareholder, but if you could tell us how long things took with permitting Quinsam and if they had similar obstacles, it would be appreciated.   Otherwise, I'm of the notion that you may be the one burning branches and just wasting time
