Information Insufficient?

Anyone know what this means?  Maybe Compliance needs to provide more information as there seems to be another pause in the process.  Not sure what to make of this  Hopefully it's just a small delay.

thanks for the link, very useful makes me very worried though,  thsi is an important step to get the EA approved fro completeness.  hopefully it is something minor.

What this means is the CEAA has hit the pause button on the 180 day Application Review Stage clock. The proponent has been asked to provide more information as part of the screening process. How long it will take for the proponent to provide the information is anyone's guess....... could be days, weeks, months or years. This will result in a delay in the Application/EIS being made public. As ...more

Given the whisperings I wouldn't be surprised if it has to do with the concerns of local First Nations groups.  I've heard they were quite underwhelmed by the submissions.
