No annual report yet on SEDAR

NO annual financial report yet posted on SEDAR. Once posted it will be interesting if they finally disclose the details of the joint venture agreement that was being re-worked since Itochu passed on the cash call and suffered dilution.

It's on Sedar now coalbad.    They don't say much about the JV but from what I understand it is still intact with little change.    Also, there are no more funds needed until there is a decision made by the EAO.  JMO

I'm not so sure they have the cash to get through the EA process. The only thing keeping this sinking ship afloat is their Copper Mtn (CUM) shares. It looks like they burned through 1,718,000 CUM shares in 2012 and have already cashed in another 97,000 shares for $319,000 this year. Not sure why they would cash in the 97,000 shares unless they've already burned through the $659,000 cash ...more

Or, maybe they recognized that t.cum shares were weak and were liable to be cut in half and that it was a good time to take some money out.  Their mill still can't hit throughput consistently without secondary crushing and now there ...more
