First Nations nail in the coffin?

It's been nothing but bad news for Compliance and the Raven project: local governments come out against it, shellfish growers are opposed, the public overwhelmingly against it, the EAO rejects the application, the share price is in the tank and even the auditors felt the need to emphasize how much trouble this company is in. It couldn't get worse.

Until today: First Nations are banging nails in the coffin. "Raven Coal Project fails the test on First Nations consultation" (https://tinyurl.com/q2pdenp)

This part from this excellent report in the local First Nations newspaper is quite shocking.
