RE:Bought Deals at $8.45 and $9.80
I don't think a NCIB is currently in their plan. They have pay down their margin which is nearly fully loaded because of recent acquisitions and they still have a lot of growth opportunities. By executing their growth strategy, the share price should recover by itself when investors see that Crius keep growing. They could NCIB for short term gain, but I think they are more focused on long term. When they will run out of good opportunities, then I think they will either increase dividend or NCIB. I don't think management will change their plan for short term volatility. If the stock keep declining for years while their earnings are still good, then I think we will hear about it.
