| Qtr Date | Record | Distribution | Dist. |
Q1 | 31-Mar-19 | 31-May-19 | 17-Jun-19 | $ 0.209 |
Q2 | 30-Jun-19 | 30-Aug-19 | 16-Sep-19 | $ 0.209 |
Q3 | 30-Sep-19 | 29-Nov-19 | 16-Dec-19 | $ 0.209 |
Q4 | 31-Dec-19 | 28-Feb-20 | 16-Mar-10 | $ 0.209 |
| | | | $ 0.836 |
No change in total net distribution, just moving to a new periodicty
That looks right to me. Here is how the new dates compare to some others:
Hydro One | | | Just Energy | | | Crius | |
Rec Date | Pay | | Rec Date | Pay | | Rec Date | Pay |
33 | 53 | | 11 | 24 | | 46 | 63 |
28 | 45 | | 14 | 28 | | 46 | 63 |
28 | 45 | | 14 | 28 | | 45 | 62 |
28 | 44 | | 28 | 42 | | 44 | 61 |
- The numbers in the Rec Date column are how many days after the Declaration Date the Record Date is.
- The numbers in the Pay column are how many days after the Declaration Date.
KWH.UN Pay Date is more than double the number of days after Declaration compared to Just Energy, and a little longer than Hydro One. So while the holding period is on the long side, it is not way out of range of Hydro One.
