One more point

One more pointAs to what valuation does KWH deserve,  if Vistra is willing to offer $7.57 when KWH was
trading previously at $5.40,  then you know they are still asking below what it is worth with
the strategy that most shareholders would jump at the premium and they were right.  They
knew they wouldn't pick up over 6M shares without offering a premium but on the other hand,
they knew there was a lot of disatisfied shareholders so why would they entertain an offer that
reflected fair value.?  Anyway this is where its at currently,  but who knows where it could end
up.  I'm still on hold with my position for a while.  Interested in hearing thought from other holders
on this.
