VistraI for one think that Sotypical makes a very good point. Vistra must have been thinking about making an offer for Crius for quite some time. That being the case, they may well have been accumulating shares in the $4-5 range before making an offer that they thought they would need to make in order to be accepted.
If the offer was not accepted, they could then sell the shares that they accquired for a very nice profit !
There would be no reason to wait for the price to go to $7.50 before starting to buy !
