Offer

OfferDeisman,  where are you?  Sorry to see you lose out after being such an avid poster on
this board but it just goes to show how patience sometimes pays off.  I was always of
the opinion that there was no rush to sell and it has paid offf for me on this one.  While
there hasn't been a competing offer materialize so far,   I'll certainly be considering this
one but again,  I see no need to rush.   Why not wait until the end and colllect the dividend.
There is still time for another bid to show up and if not c'est la vie,  Ill take my cash and
move on.  Again my sympathy for those who blew out their shares  prematurely,  I hope
they found alternative investments to compensate.
