According to my records, the last monthly distribution paid was for Dec of 2018.  In January 2019 it was announced News Item that future distributions would be paid quarterly.  The record date for Q1 was to be May 31 and the payment date was set for June 17.  So, the distribution of $0.209/unit for Q1 is currently outstanding and the current expectation is that amount will be paid on closing with Vistra. Also of note, we are getting near the end of Q2 – 16 days to go. The disposition of any distribution for Q2 has not been mentioned by Crius Energy. I think I will take that one up with investor relations and see what they say.  I’ll report back here if they respond.
