Vote Against Deal
I have owned Crius since 2014 and have followed the company closely. The price offered by Vistra is too low and to-date has only been agreed to by stockholders representing 17% of the outstanding stock. With changes that have been made to reduce costs in the last year, I feel strongly that the stock could achieve a price of $8.50 over the next year, all while paying a great dividend. I urge you to vote against the deal.
