Doesn't look like they're anticipating another bid but likely factoring in the dividend. GLTA

Canaccord Genuity analyst Raveel Afzaal downgraded Crius Energy Trust (KWH-UN-T) to "hold" from "speculative buy" with a target of $9.10, up from $8 and above the average of $8.27.

They put a 10% chance on another bid, which is why the target is a bit higher than the all-in price of the current deal (the target is probability weighted).
