Got my management Information Circular in the mail today so that is probably what it is. So the deal for $8.80 + $ 0.209 Div will be the deal that will be voted on. I have now sold the remainder of my units as the deal seems final. I assume that after the March 26 record date the units will start trading at around $8.80. If the deal get voted down ( Don’t think that will happen.) I assume the SP

So if you think the deal will go through, why would you sell early and not collect the divi?

I sold for an average of $8.95/unit. In other words I already got 75% of the distribution. I Invested the funds in an other monthly div paying investment. As the deal can close sometime in Q2 ( Could be sometime in June.) why wait for an additional $5 cents per unit while you can get more with an other investment? After Ex div date, the special meeting and the deal is approved the units should
