I saw this too, except the value I saw from Morningstar was $10.24. I believe this is just based on the Tobin’s Q ratio and not an expectation of fair value in the current circumstances. With an agreement already approved by the shareholders for a take out at $8.80. Clearly, I should not currently consider these trust units as significantly undervalued with any expectation that the price may ...more

ONLY Meaning i Qestioning is IF IF IF , SEC Does Not let this Deal go thru..what will the Share Price of KWH be Worth...Someone Looking to Buy Up these Comapnies.. Checkout how JE did this last Quarter..i Thinking KWH did ALOT BETTER and we will knew soon..

Thanks... I had a holding in JE too. I sold out yesterday - took the money and ran as the expression goes. I am still sitting on to a block of Crius Trust Units waiting for the $8.80 to come in, hopefully no surprises. GLTA
