Surprise Distribution

Folks,
When I checked my investment accounts this morning (I use RBC DI) there was a record of a pending transaction for the KWH.UN distribution for June 18.  I looked at the Crius Energy Trust website and there is no news there. I searched the Web and nothing showed up there either. I don’t know if the deal closed or if Crius simply chose to pay the distribution but I’d speculate that closure is in the works. This is unexpected good news.

Regarding the inquiry I made to investor relations about the Q2 distribution, the only thing have on that so far is a read receipt so I know that Crius has my question.

I don't know if you tried the new watchlist gadget. When I use that it shows KWH.UN as greyed out, so I am hoping the takeout at $8.80 per uint is close behind the distribution..

According to TD DI. Dividend Payment 17 Jun 2019. Been a tough year for dividends cuts....AX.un, ALA, SOT.un to name a few. WIR.u and APR.un might be an option for redeployment of capital. I also like CHW.

Likewise and thanks! I was not expecting this payout as I thought March was their last dividend return. Might of misunderstood the communication release to shareholders.

New RBC watch list is a piece of garbage.  No bid ask, keeps going back to a default list instead of the list you were looking at, times you out if you don't do anything but if you refresh it's back to the default list, 4 lines for company name pushes lower symbols off the bottom of the screen so you have to scroll up and down.  And, as you say, some companies are greyed out ...more

Yea, I noticed the same problems. Growing Pains I guess. The bid/ask is not on the new watch list either as far as I can see.

Ya I have the same problem with RBC. It seems that every time they make a change/update to the trading site we move backwards. the whole site is a sprawling mess and not at all user friendly. It used to be that all the info was concise, now its a pain, they did away withe the hover on the watch list. Must be a bunch of idiot programers working for them that do not trade stocks so no reason to be ...more
