With VISTRA Buying the Compnay Shares at $8.80 to Close the Company, Whats up with the HUGH VOLUME of BUYING .?? why Pay $8.80 If your ONLY GOING To GET $8.80 Share ?????

I, too, find this quite perplexing. I assume it must be BOTs buying based on an algorithum that doesn't consider the buyout that is happening. Was to $0.209 quarterly distribution still showing with the quote yesterday? Anyone else with more insight?
