The issue of a pullback in energy prices is a reality, and the question is weather or not, when there will undoubtedly be a pullbakc, CRK will be able to weather the storm. The company has had very stable cash flow growth, as well as a 1 debt-to-equity.
Also, on another note, now that we are in hurrican season, some of CRK's costal operations and supply lines may be at risk which could be a factor in the directors and CEO selling some shares, in order to avoid personal losses on the markets reaction to such an event.
