Think about what your clarification implies... I believe some readers may be insulted with your reply to my message. To say the classification may change is a given, in fact I'm certain I have rocks in my back yard that would comprehend the logic of that. If the rocks in my back yard understand, how can it possibly be difficult for readers to grasp?
The point is, silver classified as 'Eligible' is, (supposedly) not available for settling contracts and 'Registered' silver is.
