Claiming the information is biased,,, and then presenting the board with numbers you believe are significant fixes/corrects nothing if you are not thorough. If you wish to make an objection that is open for discussion do so after listing 'ALL' pertinent factors that relate to valuation comparisons - I would also point out that you are setting a baseline for valuations that is unproven.and/or outdated.... It doesn't matter if the Company uses the baseline in their Presentation. That is to say, two possible wrongs don't make one absolute right... Or you can use the number as a 'theoretical' guideline.

One thing more, if you dismiss the above and decide to 'not' present the board with a full set of options for discussion, you may be depriving Company management of important information,,, they have been known to read messages posted here and elsewhere.
