RE: Comments, up-coming Report,,,,,,,,,

Ask any investor, (of any and all Companies) and they will tell you that they believe ‘their’ stock is undervalued. This investor finds himself saying that very thing about CMA, “CMA is undervalued.”

Due to high grades, with the majority accessible via open pit mining, the close proximity to power and short distance of transport, CMA resources can be/should be realistically priced at a minimum of $2.00 oz, in situ. Prior to up-coming/expected Resource Estimate, let’s see how $2.00 oz, in situ, relates to our current share price.

Revised December 2008 NI 43-101 Compliant Inferred Mineral Resources

Fully Diluted Shares - 215,077,916

Silver Equiv (Gold - Silver price Ratio = 50:1) = 54,647,000 oz

54,647,000 x $2.00 oz = $109,294,000

$109,294,000 / 215,077,916 = $.51

$.51 represents resource value per each fully diluted share.

With the current share price at $.14 and the resource value at $.51, yes, I do believe the statement, “CMA is under valued,” is correct.
