The AGM is held in November(?). The agenda for the AGM will be set with nothing relating to management changes. This means we will have the same management directing Company business for another year.
The idea of management presently deciding how to address business in a manner that is beneficial to investors should be easy to resolve. The answer to that dilemma? Do something - And I do not mean more of the same.
The prospect of another year like the present one is disgusting
