I've thought a lot about this evaluation posted earlier by Robey743. Robey743 is also correct in stating that mining profit margin can easily exceed 10% (mines in Australia approach 30%)

So...instead of selling more shares (causing dilution) for further drilling, why not just sell the property as is with its proven and probable reserves and use the proceeds to satisfy the investors?

As it stands now, the value of Cream Minerals (share price x number of shares) is sitting only slightly above 1% of the value of the gold and silver reserves at site (not including what may be found with further drilling).   I don’t believe the market (or should I say the continued selling by one particular insider) is allowing CMA to rise to its fair value.
