Better buy a new calculator easycoder. $3,800,000 divided by $.05 = 76,000,000 million shares.   So, CMA would have to provide 76 million shares + warrants. Throw your calculator out easycoder.  CMA must JV or sell, that much dilution would be a disaster!!

Apparently I need to learn how to read better too. Curve pointed out the same thing that I did.  Your calculator must be the same one they used in 2008? JV or buyout.

They don't need 3.8m all at once. They need 800K and the rest later.  16 million shares right This is a risky approach.... If you don't take all the cash at once then you risk the share price going WAY down if the drilling doesn't prove up anything better than they have. So, the next round could be done at twice the dilution rate if it's done at 2.5 cents. Also, your 800K is ...more
