RE: IF SHN keeps falling ...Just another case of "sell the news". It's a lousy deal for share holders, as I think everyone is now beginning to understand. The take over has nothing whatsoever to do with delivering value to shareholders (obviously). It's all about getting out quick. For whoever it was who was giving me a hard time about complaining about the bloated stock compensation management arranged for themselves (just prior to selling out for a song): are you starting to get the picture now?
