Not sure either, hold both SHN and FE, held shn pre bid for FE and bought FE after the announcement thinking it was a cheap entry into shn. The valuation of FE, seems to be at a discount of SHN still, coulkd be due to Aug and Sept payments. However if FE had announced they were rolling to a trust on their own, they would have likely gotten a 25 to 30% bump in price. So theorically SHN and FE combined should get a watered down bump as well, say about 12%. There is always the upside in FE of a bidding contest, like Canadian Southern however this now appears less likely.
