You guys didn't read the whole NR, apparently.

One of the reasons that the PP was done at a 20% premium is because Franco Nevada received the option to earn a 2% net smelter royalty on all production in the future.

They didn't pay up because of goodwill, lol.

Still, it is very positive news, and my only complaint is that it isn't big enough. $1.5 million should, if used properly, provide a big enough drilling budget to prove the potential of the deposit in order to do a higher-priced financing later, though.
