go to www.sedi.ca then top right corner says "access public filings" then on left says "view summary reports" click top one "insider transaction detail" then on drop down box click "issuer name" and type in creso. then hit the view button. it lists all the insiders or directors who own shares. scroll down to dundee. under dundee is dundee corp, ned goodman investment councel ltd, and 0764704 bc ltd. so ned goodman has 1,320,000 shares plus 2.5mm warrants, dundee has 195,000 shares plus 2mm warrants, and 076704 bc ltd has 1,000,000 shares and 1,000,000 warrants. The way i found out the price of shares is i went onto sedar and latest financial statements. These shares were issued in 2009 when the company was a private one. SO wasnt until they went public did they have to report in this fashion. hope this help
