RE:RE:Question from a n00b when it comes to acquisitioned stocks
Thanks Natural, I am indeed Cdn.
I picked up the stock thru RBC, I'm sure everything will simply re-adjust to the new name with half as many stocks. From what I've read, it seems it's exactly the US  investors dumping stock that is keeping it low as you have eluded to....but again, I am a n00b. I think it has something to do with taxes and Cdn foreign ownership rules. I talked alot with the CXT guy at the PDAC (he didn't have a card :p, otherwise I could say exactly who he was). He laid out that the price was most likely going down before it popped once the deal went thru b/c of american investors having to get out. He told me that it is a great opporunity for a young man like myself. I've only become more convinced in this stock performance as the days leading up to acquisition day go by. I'm about as excited about these holdings as my Fission Uranium ones. The Fission guys were elated, basically popping champagne bottles at their PDAC booth and had all the bells and whistles, this CXT one was very low key but a "diamond in the rough" for anyone who bothered to talk to him.
