NEWS HALT COMING LIKELY ON $24 MILLION Tonopah, Nevada SALE

THE COMPANY ANNOUNCED ON AUG 1 THAT ELITE OWNED 49% BY THE COMPANY SIGNED A SALES CONTRACT WITH TRINITY FOR TRINITY TO PURCHASE THE ASSET AT $24 MILLION ($10.9M FOR CROP). 

AN UPDATE WAS EXPECTED ON SEPTEMBER 20 BUT THAT DID NOT OCCUR.

SUCCESSFUL DISPOSITION OF THIS ASSET WOULD SIGNIFICANTLY STREGHTEN CROP'S BALANCE SHEET AND MAKE IT FOCUS ON OTHER ASSETS.

HOPEFULLY NEWS HALT IS COMING TO UPDATE ON WHETHER THE ASSET SALE CLOSED.

IF THEY CAN SELL THIS HUGE ASSET IN NYE, NEVADA AND SAID, SHARE PRICE WILL EASILY GO BACK TO ABOVE 10 CENTS AS THEY CAN PAYOFF ALL DEBTS FROM THE CASH PROCEEDS WITH SOME MORE CASH LEFT TO FOCUS ON REMAINING ASSETS IN CALIFORNIA, WASHINGTON, OKLAHOMA AND NEVEDA.
