Those who still hold their shares will be getting a small piece of the settlement pie. I did the math a few years back, and if I remember correctly, it is somewhere between .10-.17 cents a share. Not much, but better than nothing.

Some holders on the Agoracom BB think the amount could be as high as $1.00/share. How did you arrive at your number?

I don't recall the figures, as it was a few years ago, but had to do with the percentage the lenders held in the company when they financially bailed out the company. If you go back some years, you will see that there was one or more court challenges representing shareholders who wanted a bigger piece of the pie, but the courts ruled against them.
