No collection bonuses for Ontario
yesterday word got around that most other provinces would be getting bonuses paid out sometimes in July for any monies they have collected since the shut down....but guess what?!? This whole time Ontario was not allowed to be calling people and doing any pre authorized debits on people's accounts at all, but head office just told us this mid to end of June so any monies we asked for through collection calls, texts etc was illegal! And because of unknowingly doing this illegal collection practice we in Ontario will not be getting bonuses even though we have been going through this longer then any province...I have been with the company for a long time and I make a decent wage and didn't mind the job.Jobs here are few and far between so please don't waste your time telling me to find a new job.
