Where is all this divvy cut talk coming from? There is no rational reason to think that is in the works or necessary for that matter. Companies don't cut the divvy based on market yield....they have ample cash flow even if rates do go up and most companies will hedge on higher rates or match debt to avoid margin squeeze. This stock has doubled in the last 5 years...its taking a breather. Nothing more

Just goes to show how much retailers understand about the function of the markt and companies.
