Cascabel's Value May Be Going Higher (and Maybe For Longer)
I'm loathe to make a forecast; its a mug's game.
However, we all read such forecasts and rely on the folks that show consistency.
I'll extract a few lines written by the good guys at Marketfield.
"We are not at the point of predicting another commodity super cycle, but the fact that the strength in gold has now spread to copper and silver is a very important indication that the reflationary impulse is broadening."
(When these guys use superlatives, like "very", you need to take notice.)
It should also be noted that China's entire local equity market is boasting returns north of 10% ytd. China's underlying economy is recovering faster than many realize.
