Q1: EBITDA Positive!!!

The gross margin number was real impressive.  We will have to wait and see if they can drive revenue growth through their Project Management growth initiative while Access and Usage stabilize and tick higher.  Still frustrating seeing Buyers, Billable Transactions, Documents Exchanged and Active Supplies continue you to decline YoY.
