Horizontals?
Horizontals?In Saskatchewan you only need 2 weeks of production to confirm and establish horizontal well plans. Waiting 3 months for production results to license wells is really unnecessary. The Sask Geo (the Regina dude) should be well aware of this.
March 15 is the last day to drill or wait until August. It now takes 6 weeks to survey/license a horizontal well. Its extremely busy out here. You now have to wait a week just to get a service rig to complete your well. Hopefully the paperwork is at SIR.
