Because most people on this board wouldn't be able to get a piece of a private placement.... POP was grossly over bought when it shot over $2 and I believe it's now trading where it belongs. I can't see this stock climbing with no substancial news. I wouldn't be surprised either to see it dip into the .50s due to impatent/worried shareholders and lack of updates.
